This is a
great alternative to growing out spores on agar and transferring it to
rye grain and then transferring the rye grain to the wheatstraw.
Enough for about a gallon, with 3 bio-filters and complete
instructions.

McMagic
Fast Food for Mushrooms
|
|
McMagic is a high-protein food source for mushrooms grown on wheat straw. While
pasteurized wheat straw is a convenient growing medium for many mushrooms, it lacks the
protein that healthy mushrooms need. |

Chopped
Wheatstraw
|
|
A lot of customers have told us they are having trouble finding wheatstraw and when they
do it is a lot of trouble to shred it, the way mushrooms need it. We have wheatstraw year
'round now, and have run it through our shredder. Just right for your mushrooms. 1/3 of a
bale, chopped fine, just the right amount for your Magic
Greenhouse. |

Casing Soil
|
|
If your mushrooms need casing soil this is the best. This is a mixture of Canadian
sphagnum peat moss, vermiculite, and limestone grit/flour that we use and recommend. We
balance the pH so it's just right. Layer this over your substrate.
